Lately, whenver I attempt to go to a web site I find on Google or Yahoo search engines, I am redirected to other sites, usually 3 times at each attempt.

I have done 2 complete HD scans to no avail.

I purchased your product to put on a computer used for presentations only. It never gets connected to the network. How do I download updates to keep viruses out of the system?

Before you ask. It is in an area that cannot have a network connection.

It looks like an activation code is a common problem. This should be simple to solve but it indeed is not. Do you have acustomer support toll free number? Giving a phone number is really providing support and service to your customers. I don’t think this is to much to ask. Do lyou know what customer service means? My husband and I both have business and if our customer support was anything like yours we would both be out of business.

I’d like to know how to permanently remove >> C:\USERS\Computer Name\APPDATA\ROAMING\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\COOKIES\LOW\Computer Name@AD.YIELDMANAGER[3].TXT << from my system (shows up as Spyware). If it’s not possible then a solution to have Anti-virus exclude it from scans.

As for Panda Internet Security 2009 and since I started using Panda back in 2004 I have to say that I have less worries about my computer than when I was using Norton or McAfee. Norton built-in troubles & McAfee charging a fortune for the same product Panda supplies but for three times or more the price. Panda’s Support Team, Marketing and Customer Service has been nothing but Exceptional since Day 1, four + years ago. I Thank You Panda Staff one and all.

Hi - not sure if this is the place to ask this kind of question. Here goes… Netflix has recently moved towards using Silverlight to show video. One this change was made I am unable to launch and watch movies on my pc. I worked with Netflix deep support and we concluded that Panda was preventing linkage to netflix servers. We looked at various setting in IE and took other actions. When I disabled panda I was able to connect and load movies. Anyone have a solution to this?

I have a spyware virus that keeps trying to automatically load a scanning program called “Security 2009″. Its obviously not a panda product. it then popped up a full background warning that the computer was infected. it has now progressed to the point where I get kicked out of windows to the blue warning screen after rebooting each time. I’m working in safe mode but having no luck. I’ve done the panda scans. they found and eliminated items, but no luck yet. any help?

My computer was one of three computers sharing Panda Software. When the software expired, I went it alone and purchased Panda Internet Security 2009. I am now getting prompts every few minutes reminding me to renew the old software that I don’t now need. These constant reminders are quite a nuisance. I contacted Panda on FIVE occassions asking how I would cancel these prompts but have not even got the courtesy of a reply. So much for Panda after-sales support.

    Can anyone please help?

    Thanks.

My hotmail account was hijacked on June 19th by email scammers posing as Windows Live.
Please register my new email address as this one.
I just went online to change my email address, but it asks for username and password… neither of which I remember.
If someone can send me an email to my new address, I will provide the serial# of my Panda Security CD to confirm I am who I say I am.
    Thanks for your help.
I’ll be sure to write my username/password inside the CD pkg this time :-)
