    How do I tell Panda that a file it labels as a virus isn´t a virus?

    The previous version of Panda didn´t label this file as a virus. It is the startup file for a game that I have bought for expensive money and now Panda has deleted said exe file.

    So now I can´t play the game. Which is bothersome since I paid a lot of money for it.

    What can I do?

    I recently had to have my Dell notebook Inspiron 1720 restored by Dell technicians. Two days later I tried to download Adobe CS4 and the software informed me that I neede Service Pack 1 & 2. I contacted Dell Tech support and the tech went to Dell’s website and downloaded both. After almost 3 hours of downloading and installing, the last screen was something about the service packs did not download correctly and were being uninstalled? It was late, so I did not contact the Dell tech again. Is Panda causing my problem? I’m also noticed that automatic updates are not laoding properly either. Beside many of them it says “failed”. Will you please help me!

    @pierre rivard
    Dear Pear,

    For security reasons, I have erased your personal data from your post above. Further to your post. I have checked your data and the renewal process was correct. If you need to download and install the software, you only need to enter the website and, by using your Panda User Id and password, download and install the software.

    @Lana
    Dear Lana,
    Thanks for your post.
    You should not have problems installing the software in a third computer. In fact, the intallation process should be exactly the same as for the other two computers:
    If you used a CD-rom, enter the CD-rom in the 3rd computer and follow the steps of the installation wizard.
    If you downloaded the software from the Internet, just copy the executable file to the 3rd computer and run it.

    Then, make sure you have entered your user name and password in the Update window and that the update process runs correctly.

    If you need further assistance, please post your technical queries in Panda Technical forum and our experts will help you.
    Hope this helps ;-)

    Kind regards,
    Cristina
