Panda blocking a program from running without any log of events

I look at the reports in the cloud page and there is no reference to a blocked program. But I get errors about dll's in the user tmp that are in use by another program. I turn off all the panda services and the programs work without issue. I put in an exclusion for the exe's that spawn the dll's and it seemed to work, then not. Is there some report im missing or not seeing? Is it scanning the dll's because it they are being created and put in the tmp directory. I wouldnt want to put an exclusion on either any dll or the tmp directory.
