Poland without any SUPPORT !

Hello,
I know that Panda Country Partner (pspolska.pl) is/was/willbe closed ever.
We currently haven't any answers and any technician support !

Our Panda IP is on SpamList!

Hello Odyseja,

at the moment the support is in a transition phase, but you can write an mail to support@pl.pandasecurity.com.
We will inform the guys in PCEP Headquarter to check the IP address and request a delisting.

Simple give me a working IP!. Before Panda always change IP in minutes to a clean IP address and What Panda is doing with old SpamIP it's not my problem.
I pay for service what clean my e-mails, NOT CREATE FROM ME A SPAMMER!

Hello Odyseja,

there are no fix IP's for PCEP services. It works with a cluster and sending mails should be done via smtp.mep.pandasecurity.com.
If there is a IP on blacklist and the mail couldn't sent, the next try will done with another server.

REALY? When you check this host you have got 2 IP and one of them is 92.54.22.141 who is on SORBS.
It's mean that smtp.mep.pandasecurity.com is listed on SORBS.
RFC give you info that MX work on runaround mechanism then 1/2 sended mails are BlackListed.

In deep deep is true that Panda not create this product but buy own brand from original product Spamina... not perfect solution but Panda have got better price. Now I must think about move to other vendor :(.
