License blacklist error after license renew

License blacklist error after license renew

I have two Endpoint Protection licenses whit expiration dates:

1ª) - 07/05/2017
2ª) - 26/04/2018

Only renew the 1ª one yesterday (16/5). In the management console, seems everything ok, but the pc's that belongs this license cant synchronize and they inform that are in blacklist!!

Do I need to remove agents and reinstall again?? If so, I’m going to have a lot of work!!

Any suggestion ?
