can't contact with support

I can login in
After I reported some issues, (with "report problem with this computer" function) and didn't get any sign, they even got it, i tried to contact with the support.

When I try to write to support from site where I am already logged in, it redirects me to "Contant Technical support site" where I forced to fill a form with information what they should know.
Not enough.
After I filled this form, it says:
"Sorry, it is impossible to proceed with your request, neither the Client Number nor the Contact e-mail match to a valid user."
I don't even got Client Number, but the mail address I gave is the same which I use to login.

What products purchased? Endpoint? Fusion? 360?

-When a product is activated, an email arrives at the address you specify, in that email is the customer number.
