False positive

Postby alexalex5064 » Mon, 02 Jul 2018, 16:54

Hello,

I would to know how to send files for whitelisting. I'm from a software company and your product wrongful detected the exe as a virus. The detection was made by Panda Adaptive Defense

Please see the link with the files and the archive is password protected. Let me know where to send the password

We have exactly the same problem. Is there somewhere official we can submit products for whitelisting.

The products are all available from www.officesupercharger.com and DO NOT contain any malicious code.

The specific (recent) block was for the following download.. https://idmb-advisory.co.uk/uploads/EXEFiles/IDMB_Excel_Add-In.exe

If a file is detected by Panda Endpoint or Panda Adaptive defense 360, as an unknown file and its execution is forbidden, the online console for our product will send the file to our lab, and the lab will determine if it is malware, or goodware.

On the other hand, if you wnat to send a file to our lab and be analise, you can do it following the instructions on the following link:
