Cant Full Scan

Hii,

Ive got several pc using panda adaptive defense which cant do a full scan. its stuck when scan came to 99%. Already try uninstall and install it again but nothing change.

In order to solve this problem try to delete temporary files and defragment your hard drive. After that, do a full scan again.
