Our company uses Adaptive Defence 360
Programs that Panda block do not show up in the console.
Sometimes we have to wait 24 hours before the file/program is classified and we can run the program (or running fails as Panda blocks a .dll or something).
I've tried running syncronize from the PC in question but that doesn't help.
This makes the PC useless as we are constantly developing, installing and running new apps/programs.
Any tips?

Re: Blocked programs not showing up in console to unblock them
Hi,
We have had delays in processing logs these days. Sorry about that !!
If the applications are digitally signed, we could create an exclusion by digital signature to avoid having these problems in the future.
Another option would be to create an exclusion (of the folder where this program is) in the profile of the computer, so that it can be executed.
Regards
Darth

Hi Darth Panda,
Thanks for the reply. (Awesome Name by the way)

Where would I do this? Locally on the PC or from the Adaptive Defense 360 Cloud Console?
I've looked everywhere but find no way to manually exclude program/folder if it doesn't appear in the console.

Hi,
The exclusion you have to do it on the Adaptive Defense 360 Cloud Console, go to Settings, on the right side select the profile of the machine.
Then select Advance Protection on the left side, and go to Exclusions, there you could insert the folder you want to exclude.
After that, clic on OK, go to the antivirus on the machine, right clic button --> Sync..
Once it is synchronized, you should be able to run the files in the folder.
