[CLOSED] Panda Antivirus 2016 will not run a scan

Hello I went to run a scan since it has been awhile and it would open up the home screen to the app but froze right after I opened the app. Next I restarted in safe mode and was able to get the screen open to run a scan but when I clicked the scan button the screen changed like it was going to run a scan but it was not actually doing anything. Next I restarted in regular mode again and still got the same results as in safe mode.... it would get to the screen where it was going to to run the scan but nothing would happen. I left it running in this way for over 10 minutes and not 1 file was scanned for a virus. i operate on windows 10 on an Asus Laptop if that helps. What can I do to get your program up and running on my system again?

What Panda product version are you using? You can check it in the version.ini file located in the antivirus installation folder
We will also need a Panda Support Information log to be collected
