vpn is not connecting

I've purchased panda monthly subscription. downloaded and installed the software.
after selecting vpn and then clicking connect, program stays unresponsive for long while and then gives the message "disconnected."
I am unable to use vpn. please assist in resolving.

My team recently buy Security from you and today I have an issue with VPN. It's not connected I thought it is due internet but the internet is working fine we recently installed 4G Serial modem in our system I thought it is due to, I again not identify the issue. Can you please help me to fix this.

VPN is simply defined as the virtual private Network.
