How Take Backup of Office 365 Account with Security

Hello, I am Chris and I have an office 365 account and want to take backup of that account data by which I safeguard my data and save it in my local pc on Apple iMac pro. How to do it please help.

For taking backup of Office 365 account on a Mac PC is now very simple there is no need to use manual tricks which takes much time to download the backup now you can use this Mac Office 365 Backup for saving the data in local PC in PST, MBOX, EML, MSG, etc file format.
