What is this??

I have this C:\ProgramData\Panda Security\Panda Devices Agent\Downloads\6569f4a17eccbb65f73cd1b414ee6f22\PSExpcampaign.exe being picked up multiple times daily!!!

What is is and what do I do to stop this irritating action??

If your operating system is a windows xp, please do the following:

In Windows XP, Panda runs three services. Only two of those are necessary for Panda's security function capability. Disable the 'Panda Devices Agent' and PSExpCampaign.exe will not be started.
another option is to try and rename the file c:\programdata\panda Security\Panda Devices Agent\downloads\6569f4a17eccbb65f73cd1b414ee6f22\psexpcampaign.exe ant turn it into a .ex_ file

Not XP but Win 10 Pro 64.
