Without knowing the origin of the attack we can't determine what is happening
The source (origin) of the attack could be another machine in your network. Have you tried shutting down every machine in your network? Do you still receive these attacks?
It could also be a mobile device connected to your WiFi
Another posibility could be that you have a P2P application running and you are receiving wrong packets from the P2P application
And finally if there is anyone from outside your network the one triggering the attacks, there is nothing you can do to avoid them as he may be attacking your public IP address (provided by your ISP) which you can't change
But as mentioned before without knowing the origin of the attack we can't determine what is happening
