[CLOSED] Ukash virus

Postby marco » Thu, 19 Jul 2012, 20:07

Hi,

I have a Ukash virus on my computer.
The computer completely locked and I can’t do anything on it. You see only this tricky alert supposedly sent by Police Central e-crime Unit and that I have to pay €100,-. I have got this virus since monday. I have Windows 7. I did a complete computer scan (on the other user acount) with Panda Internet Security 2010 (license ends on 14-02-2013, and everytime updated) which is installed on the compter, but after the scan it is still on.
I have checkt internet but these solutions are to high tech for me.
Is there someone who can help me to get the virus from my pc.

Thank you,
Regards Marco
