Thanks

I would also like to submit something for whitelisting. But I'm not affiliated with Behringer, other than being a user of their products. Panda keeps flagging the driver for my Behringer UMC202HD recording interface, as malware, and removing it.

This is more a false positive issue than a whitelisting as you are not the software developer
Can you provide a copy of the antivirus report and a password compressed copy of the wrongly detected file (you can restore it from the quarantine)?

I'm not sure how to get the report. The driver was flagged upon first install, I had to disable Panda to install it. Everything works fine for awhile, I'm not sure what triggers Panda to remove it. I've since put the driver install folder in the "Exclusions", things seem to be working at the moment.

A freeware tool, that's fully portable and doesn't even have an installation, let alone malware. I would go into much further detail but I don't really know if it's worth my time if I have "beg" yet again. I've already sent dozens upon dozens of standard requests to falsepositives@pandasecurity.com over the course of many months, no reply or action taken. I've already opened multiple support tickets, in the first response I was told to apply a hotfix, and the second to run PScan.exe - for a false positive report? I'm not new to this, over the years I've dealt with McAfee, Cyren/F-PROT, Kaspersky, Qihoo, Symantec, nProtect and they all dealt with my false positive within 48 hours (in a lot of case faster). No questions asked.

I think I've done more than my fair share of time and effort for a false Trj/Genetic.gen at this point. So I respectfully ask for some assistance, because I'm quite frustrated and ultimately, it's your users and your software that I'm trying to help out. I believe it is extremely unprofessional that I should have to go into detail, in a public forum, just to be "good enough" to tell me how to deal with what should already be simple and painless process.

I've found the tickets you opened on our system and as you provided the download link I have escalated one of them to our laboratory for whitelisting the software
This process takes quite a long time to be completed but it will eventually be whitelisted
