Question about avoiding the block by firewall

Hello,

If our application is blocked by the firewall of your security software,
is our application able to avoid the block of the firewall by adding it into your whitelist ?

I want to know how to avoid blocking it by the firewall of your security software,
without adding to the list of firewall by user.

Could you kindly reply and teach me about the above ?

the block of the firewall does not occur ?
2) Please teach me the difference between "False Positive" and "block of the firewall".

I understand that the "False Positive" does not occur when registering the application into your whitelist.
But, when the application is registered into your whitelist,
I am not sure whether the firewall of the security software block the application or not.
I want to know how to avoid the block of the firewall.

Restart the infected PC in safe mode.
perform a system restore to delete Xiorist Ransomware.
Open task manager and disable all the malicious processes running there.
Uninstall all infectious programs from control panel.
Open Registry editor and delete all the corrupt registry entries

I am sorry I did not explain it enough.

The PC is not infected, and the application which is the printer driver is made from our company.
* The situation of the PC is immediately after installing windows OS.
* The application does not include the virus, malware, etc.

If the above application was blocked by the firewall of the security software "Panda",
Shoud we send the application to you to add it into your whitelist for avoid the block of the firewall ?
Or, Shoud we change the configuration of the firewall of "Panda" for avoid it ?
* The phenomenon which is described the above does not occur at the moment.
* I consider that just in case the firewall blocked the application by mistake.

Please kindly tell me how to resolve the above it.

I think that our software is blocked by the firewall of the security software "Panda".
When I register our application into "user rule" of the fiwewall,
our application is not blocked by it.
After our application is registered into "user rule" of it,
the issue does not occur.

2) Can you attach a screenshot of the report?
When our application is blocked by it,
the report is not displayed by the security software "Panda".
So, unfortunately, I can not take the screenshot for sending it to you.

3) What version of Panda do you use?
The version is 2016.

after I execute our application, the UI of the our application disappear.
This phenomenon is not the expected behavior, this phenomenon is the issue.
But, when I register our application into "user rule" of the fiwewall of it,

This phenomenon is the expected behavior.
So, I cosider, this cause that the UI of our application is disappered is the block of the firewall.
