JS/Sality.AO...panda end point protection detect virus but cant delite

hi...

i have panda endpoint protection (7.70.0) instaled with agent 7.71.0
Everytime I run full scan, JS/Sality.AO virus detected but cant be removed?

I try with solution Panda Cloud Cleaner. It detected JS/Sality.AO and remove the virus but when I run endpoint protection
virus is still present.
Attached is the scan report.
i tried with AVG an Kaspersky Salitykiller without luck.

Please help..

Hi,

In order to solve the incident, please follow the steps below:

1 - Apply the following hotfix:

2 - Restart the computer.

3 - Delete the contents of this folder:

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportQueue

Check that detections don't appear anymore.

thanks for quick preplay.
I have applied your steps but detection appear in recycle (attached).
I empty recycle.bin and reboot the PC without luck.

Then, delete the contents of this folder:

C:\$Recycle.Bin\S-1-5-21-2710012150-1838955705-3289178451-4641\

Maybe, to see the files, you need to "Show Hidden Files" and uncheck "Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)" option before.
