Hello.
Yes, when a suspicious file has been moved to quarentine, the file is analyzed via cloud/ collective inteligence, and if after that analisys, the file is considered as goodware, it is removed from quarentine and restored so the customer can use it again correctly.

If your antivirus has detected the malware and you are thinking to quarentine it then I will suggest that delete it but if you want to quarentine it and you are unable to do it then contact https://antiviruschatsupport.co/ for the assistance
