What is needed to apply for whitelisting via the digital signature? We have one and would like to prevent any false positive detections for users who launch our applications with your antivirus.

All we need is samples of the files and that they are digitally signed in order to include this signature in our whitelist.

I see that the linked file is digitally signed by "GAME SOFT LAB DO."

Can you confirm that this is the digital signature to be included in the whitelist?

Our malware lab has analyzed the files.

It has been considered that they do not complete the requirements to be excluded from our white list, since they operate as a miner. We are sorry but they will not be excluded.
In fact they have been classified as the PUP/CoinMiner variant.
