[CLOSED] Panda Registration

Although after installation I have an 'optional' product registration pop up "you still have not registered as a panda client" This doesn't have an option for Not Registering.
How can i not register and stop this pop up from arising.

The popup itself will give you the option to postpone it
The longer you can postpone it is for a month
After that, the popup requesting the registration will appear again
