Panda GP 2012 overcomed & blocked by virus

Post by doctorluiscastro »

Hi

We bought Panda Global Protection 2012, 3 Licenses
We have 2 internet connection providers, 1 PC connected trough Cablemas and 2 with Telmex
the 2 Telmex ones seem to have the same Virus.
The Updates work fine, but I doubt the result on the complete scan is true, besides it finished too fast.
One has windows 7 and I think me and Panda are about to finish cleaning it up.
The other with Windows XP.can virus scan but finishes too fast and says there is no virus but its all in red and not green , then it asks me to restart and its green until a message form Microsoft Visual C++ says Panda asked for an Unusual request..I accept and it turns red again.

Hi
I meet the same problem : when I start my PC (windows XP), after a few seconds Panda turn red (anti-virus function). Panda ask me to restart my PC to be protected. I do it, but the same pb appears again.
I'll enjoy if some body have an idea to solve this pb

Hello,

Thank you for your posts.

@doctorluiscastro - try the following hotfix:
http://www.pandasecurity.com/resources/ ... s21_r1.exe

@jpp - which Panda product are you using? Do you get any error message upon starting the OS? Let us know.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Radko
