I have Mozilla Firefox.......I tried to access the internet with Google Chrome and it wasn't any faster. I disabled the firewall in Panda and it didn't speed up my connection
there are times when trying to bring up a website, I get a page of gibberish, strange symbols, etc

Every time I renew my Panda protection I have problems

I need assistance asap.....I'm not keen on waiting 3 days for email tech support to help me......the weekend will be here and I'll be without a reliable computer....I work part-time from home on my computer

please help!
~pam

Try this hotfix:After installing Panda Global Protection 2012, I cannot access the Internet or the connection is slow

You are using PIS 2012, the hotfix for you would be this one:
After installing Panda Internet Security 2012, I cannot access the Internet or the connection is slow

I have exactly the same issues with loading videos or opening webpages.

The "hotfix" did absolutely nothing!

I want to get this fixed or a refund.

Hi buddy

I just purchased panda internet security 2012. After installing my internet connection gets disabled and shows limited connectivity. After uninstall internet connection gets active as normal. I tried this number of times but it results in losing internet connection.

I tried to hotfixes from your support sites i.e. hfp171104s23_r1.exe and hfp171104s30_r1.exe. However none of them fixed my problem. After installing straight away i looses my internet connection.

I have also tried by disabling panda internet security firewall as well. I tried everything but problem seems to be with panda software. I have read solutions above when u suggested hotfixes. Why should we have something permanent inbuilt with software itself which stops this headache.

I never had such problem before with avg, avast or norton which i used to have before.

Please someone suggest the permanent solution as this type of problem should not happen when u spend dollars for avoiding problems.

Thanks in advance
Hiren

We need to indentify the protection causing the issue
Uninstall the antivirus and perform a custom installation installing only the antivirus protection
If the problem is not present, then install the remaining protections one by one and restarting until the problem appears

Let us know which protection causes the problem
