[CLOSED] keeps telling me to uninstall my old antivirus

hi,
I have recently purchased three years protection of panda security, and everytime i try to install it, it would tell me to unintall my previous antivirus. I have already unistall my previous anitvirus and it still contiunues to tell me that it is incompatible because i need to uninstall the old one.
so how am I going to get it to work??

Does the message tell you what old antivirus is detecting and needs to be uninstalled?
