Whats does this actually do?
Would like to know the issue first and what Im downloading to fix the problem. And does anyone know why this happened?

The hotfix resolves TPSRV.EXE errors as well as errors in the antivirus, anti-spam and identity theft protections.
It's a known product issue and it solves installing the hotfix.

I think this is the better one anti virus software which can completely are of your PC and if it can find something wrong then it can inform you immediately.

Hi,
I'm having the same issue with Panda TPSrv. I've tried the solutions suggested here but they didn't work. I'm not sure what version my Panda Security is, but I bought it in August of 2011.
Any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

If you don't know whether its Panda Antivirus Pro, Panda Internet Security or Panda Global Protection we won't be able to provide you a proper solution to the problem
Open the antivirus and go to the ? at the top right side and select the option "About Panda ...."
Let us know which version is the one you are using
