[CLOSED] Google not working

Postby CCF22PJ57H » Mon, 02 Jul 2012, 12:28

Hi,
Since loading panda security on Friday I can not longer use my Google. I have 2 error message;
'Your profile could not be open correctly'
'Some features may be unavailable please check that the profile exists and you have permission to read and writes its content'

Sorry, but I don't understand what is the problem. Can you explain it better?
Can you post screenshots of the errors?
If you close Panda's automatic protection, does the problem persist?

When I try to launch the Google browser, it does not work the following message comes up;

Your profile could not be open correctly'
'Some features may be unavailable please check that the profile exists and you have permission to read and writes its content'

Then once I press OK, the screeen goes grey and nothing else happens.

Have you tried closing Panda's automatic protection as I suggested?

Hi,

I don't know where this is located 'Panda's automatic protection' under which heading is this located.

I have found a section called Identity Protection. Which box do I un-check is it ' Enable identity protection located at the top?
OR
'Enable the protection against fraudulent websites?

No, you must identify which protection causes the issue
Reboot the PC and disable the unknown threats protection, is the problem corrected?
If not disable the firewall protection, is the problem corrected?

OK, then make sure that Chrome has inbound and outbound permissions in the firewall protection
