[SOLVED] Panda Gobal 2012 Antivirus problems
Having problems with the antivirus. Everytime I load up panda it has a red dot by the antivirus and says "It is advisable to restart to keep your computer protected." I would try and start a scan and it crashes. I have tried a hotfix, uninstalling and reinstalling with new version and still having an issue. any suggestions?

Which hotfix have you tried?
Go to start -- run, type services.msc and press OK
Panda services must be "Running" and "Automatic start". If any of them is not started, right it and select to start it. If that process shows any error, send us a screenshot of it

The screenshot is so small that the text can barely be read even though I had my sight corrected 2 years ago.
According to the error message (what I guess it says) there has been a problem adding some information to the registry during the installation for the Panda On-Access Anti-Malware service
The best way to correct it is:
1.- Uninstall the antivirus and reboot when asked
2.- Run the Generic Uninstaller and reboot when asked
3.- Download the latest antivirus version from your customer download area. You will need your Panda username and password
4.- Install the antivirus again using the installed you've downloaded
