I was just wondering if anyone at Panda had read this last post of mine? I sincerely would appreciate any/all help. Thanks!

I have some problems with Panda AVPro.It's better to work on these problems.
The Panda AVPro has some difficulty with E-mail Checking and because I'm from Iran it makes me to work with E-mail harder.

Hi all

The answer to czarria52 is in the following thread:
http://support.pandasecurity.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1517&p=6367&sid=e3f38fcbdc48905b9c2beadca50da581&sid=e3f38fcbdc48905b9c2beadca50da581#p6367

prk1995, you can try renaming the files through MS-DOS. To do so follow these steps:
1.- Go to start -- run, type cmd and press OK
2.- Place yourself in the folder where the re_ files are extracted
type cd.. and press intro to exit one folder
type cd foldername to enter a folder
3.- Type ren log_on.re_ log_on.reg and press intro
4.- Type ren log_off.re_ log_off.reg and press intro

megateave, I think that you should open a new thread as we are mixing different problems here and its difficult to manage all of them at the same time. Please describe your problem as much as possible when you open the new thread. What type of problems are you having with your email? Which email client are you using?

A quick update - my AVP 2009 is all better now! I started another thread on this forum related to this problem. Between Jorge & Tyron, was able to get everything fixed & running in the green now! Thanks to you gentlemen (Jorge & Tyron) for your patience and assistance! I'm "Happy in Texas!" Christie Z.

Thank you so much for this clarification! I have been looking for some time for an answer to this difficulty for a non-profit organization. Someone had done a partial uninstall of AVG and I couldn't install Panda. I kept getting error messages even after spending a fair bit of time thorough and cleaning the registry.
I have AVG install at home and try this ini file answer and it worked great! Thanks again.

Al:

Do you have a fix simular to the gp09 one ,for GP10? I have the same red button antivirus that will not turn green . I tried hfgp20807s13_r1.exe- but it won't even start . Have reinstalled gp10 at least 4 times and tried repair - none work . I have spent 20 hours on this and still no results!!
