[SOLVED]Adminsecure scans not completing again
Since I installed the 4.50.24 hot fix all was good for a week, I now have scheduled scans hanging again.
When you look at them some will show over 300,000 files scanned some will show between 1 and 50 scanned, on exiting monitor some will then go to scheduled others will still say scanning.
Another problem I found is when you look at some of the scans that did complete properly in events they only took 1 minute to complete so you know they did not scan the entire computer. They are all on the same profile and it is using the defaults to scan the entire computer yet the fast scans only effect some, others take about an hour to complete.

I suggest you contact your local Panda Security support department via the PandaSecurity.com website -> Contact link.
They will be able to arrange a remote session and obtain the information needed for further troubleshooting.

As my colleague pointed out, its best to contact your local support. The only suggestions i can give is to run a defrag + scandisk on your drives at these problematic computers. We have seen issues with scans on computers there arent defragged oftion or have HDD errors / bad sectors.
Personally I use Defraggler: www.piriform.com/defraggler but windows defrag is just as good.
Give this a try and if you dont come right please contact your local support and reference our work here as well as your steps taken. If you get no joy , then please come back here.

Thanks to both.
I will try the defrag as it's the only thing I have not done since the last problem. It's tough to get the users away from their computers for maintenance but I will get it done.
Company policy will not allow remote access to our systems so the support option may be a problem.

Please post the results here.
They will only need remote access if our first level cannot resolve it over email.
They will require the following so far.
1. Psinfo from the Adminsecure Server as well as the workstation: http://www.pandasecurity.com/resources/ ... Info20.exe
2. Essential hotfixes to be install - we have done this already.
From there they will probally ask for logs etc.
Anyhow , post the results after defrag.
