Cloud Email Protection Setup problem (verify valid user as non valid user)

Hi,

New to the forum and new to Panda -couldnt see a cloud email protection forum as such. Looking for assistance please. I am trying to do a trial of Email security (cloud based) and to use the smtp sign up mode so that the mailboxes get automatically created when the users send or receive email via the Panda system. I get the message "At least one of the MXS is accepting non-existing users" I dont know what this means..and what it means to the setup procedure. Can anyone explain? thanks
