[CLOSED] Is Panda lieing about viruses?

Postby PCTrouble » Sat, 21 Jul 2012, 18:10

Ok, just recently (as in yesterday) my computer has acted strange. it randomly shuts off, even goes to blue screen crashes, which it has never done before. I started running panda to see if it could detect anything. it found like 39 problems or something. So needless to say, i let it fix them and deleted the quarantined files. However i like to run my scan twice to be sure it fixed them. as far as I can tell its finding the same viruses and stuff again, even though it told me it deleted the infected files.

I dont really know what to do from here. my computer is still acting strangely, saying at random points "Windows has encounted a critical systems error and will restart in 1 minute. please close all your applications." and then just shuts down. sometimes it blacks out my monitor and doesnt actually shut off. I'm scared this is a virus or set of viruses because panda is the only protection I have on my computer to protect against such things. My protection has been active the whole time, i havent shut anything off except the parental controls because only I use this computer.

Hi,

We will need the Antivirus event report, so please, save it as a txt file, compress in a ZIP/RAR file, and attach it to the forum.
