At times, the firewall included within the Panda Antivirus solution, could cause one of the following situations:
- The firewall protection prevents a third party application from working properly.
- The firewall protection blocks the Internet connection.

- Download, and run the PNMDiag_2.0.11.0.exe file.
This will install the PNMDiag tool - Double-click the PNMDiag icon in your desktop
