Error Approving missing patches

Postby sabap » Wed, 15 Aug 2012, 00:45

Profiles>[PROFILE-NAME]>[DEVICE NAME]>Manage: Patch Management

After checking the desired missing patches and clicking the "Approve" green light button, I get an error stating:
"Cannot invoke method getAt() on null object
(Software Controller: 886)"

Screen Shot attached below.

I cannot reproduce the issue now.
I approved a single patch, then a group of 10, then a group of 40 and no errors.

The issue was either fixed or it was something on my end causing it that has since been resolved.

Do any on the patches you were trying to approve match the ones I have selected in the screen shot, on the original post?
If so, maybe we can narrow it down to an issue with a particular patch.
