Panda IS 2013 has classified this message as spam.

If this is not the case, click on the following link to reclassify it: It is not spam

When I click on It is not spam I get the following

Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to localhost:6083


how do I get this solved?

Set Internet Explorer as the default browser and try again

This page can't be displayed

•Make sure the web address http://localhost:6083 is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes.


Fix connection problems

when I click Fix connection problems I get the following message

This remote device or resource won't accept the connection.

This connection has been patchy from first installation and sometimes took two attempts to connect but now never connects

Does the problem still happen if you uninstall Panda and install it again?
Perhaps the antispam protection was not properly installed
