[CLOSED] 3 licenses - Auto update and Cloud

Hello gentlemen. I have been licensed for 12 years approximately. In the past, if I updated to the most current year with one license, the remaining two licenses would no longer update daily. This means I must update all three computers as soon as possible, or don't update any.

Is this still the way it works? If so, is there a technical reason?

Hi!

You should be able to upgrade all your Pandas that you have licensed.

If you experience any trouble, please contact your local Panda sales team for assistance.

The Canadian sales team does not respond to emails or telephone calls, no matter how many times you try. It could be a ghost office running on one flash card.

mmm, it doesn't work that way. If for example you are running a 2012 product in 3 different machines, and decide to upgrade only one to 2013 (viewtopic.php?f=35&t=579), the other 2 machines with a 2012 protection will continue updating as they are activated
Your license will be migrated to 2013 but you can use it on 2013 product or lower
