is it possible to update panda internet security 2014 from cmd(command prompt) ?

You can manually update the antivirus by running the upgrader.exe process which will launch the update wizard
If you don't want to show the wizard interface you can run it with the /a parameter (upgrader.exe /a)
Bear in mid that you must run the commandline window as Administrator

Anyway, why do you want to do so if the antivirus updates automatically by itself?

this file is not exist in my panda folders .

Are you sure? Is it a 2014 prodcut, right?
Can you manually update the antivirus from the interaface?
