[CLOSED] Disinfection Stops

Since yesterday I keep getting an alert after clicking "disinfection" for Panda Cloud Cleaner that it has stopped for unknown reasons and notification has been sent. It then says I will be contacted when there is a solution. As of yet nothing. SO, is there an answer?

In order to study the issue we will need the following information
Access the Panda Cloud Cleaner installation path. By default, %ProgramFiles%\PandaSecurity\PandaCloudCleaner.
Locate and create a copy of PCloudCleaner.LOG and Ramdom_Name.pad files.
Now press the Windows key + R, type %temp%, hit Enter and create a copy of all the files with the .stats extension.
Compress all these files into a .zip file and attach as a reply to this post.
