aMSN

Today Panda claims that my aMSN, that I've used for years, contains "Adware/NaviPromo".
I suppose that's not true and heard about other people with the same problem (with Panda and aMSN).
Since Panda deletes the file I can't even send it to Panda for analysis.
How do I get Panda to recognize aMSN in a correct way?
