Hey i would like to cancel my signature on Panda Anti Virus
How can i do that?
I'm trying to send them an email, but they don't answer to me

Please confirm your account has not been charged and your account has been canceled, as I do not have your client details, and I, myself, cannot check it right.

I have just realised a payment of £59.99 has been taken. I assume my accoaunt is on auto renewal but I don’t know how to deactivate this. I do not wish to renew as I have free security from my broadband provider. Can you please cancel the renewal and refund me the £59.99 immediately.

@prom: your account has been canceled, and no more montly subscription will be updated.

@Juliecomer22: we need more info on your account in order to sart a refund. Please send me a private message, and tell me your client number, email on your account (as it is not the same for your forum user),
and i will request your refund and will cancel automatic renewal.
