Re: Panda does not see the infected file
Well..
Caould you tell us what was the rootkit?
Where did it appear?
Who did find it?
How do you know ther was a virus, if panda could not find it?
Did you have another antivirus installed at the same time?
Where was the virus located?

Re: Panda does not see the infected file
Hi,
I have a « similar » problem ; i installed the panda Dome on my Macbook pro because the keyboard is responding in symbols, i can’t access the internet (safari makes me download the page as an html file ?!), and when I want to close a tab, it closes the application completely.
The quick analysis did not find anything, and the complete analysis has been running since 8pm last night, it is now 1pm, and it has barely reached 25%...
Is it normal for the complete analysis to take that long ?
If anyone has encountered this problem on a mac before i’d be grateful if you could give me some pointers,
Thanks,
Oriane
