[CLOSED] malware that crashes the cloud cleaner

i have some malware that is picked up by the advanced cloud clearner thing, however when i try and clean it it goes and crashes the cleaner, any idea how i can get round this?

Press the Windows key + R, type %temp%, hit Enter and create a copy of all the files with the .stats and .pad extension.
Compress all these files into a .zip file and attach it as a reply to this post.

hey thanks for the reply, i just did that and there is 0 files with either of those extentions i did a physical check and a search, is that a bad thing?

Are you able to find any .pad file in Panda Cloud Cleaner's installation folder?
We will also need a PCOPInfo
