[SOLVED] program software downloads detected as infected

New here, so please forgive. Using Panda free AV for a year with W7, no issues. Upped to W10 a week ago, and every program download is flagged as corrupt or infected with IE 11, but is OK with Chrome. Can you advise? Thanks in advance. :|

The upgrade to Windows 10 could have messed up the antivirus installation
Please try reinstalling the antivirus
