We will need a Panda Support Information log and a registry export of HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\

If you are using Panda Free Antivirus, just type 123456789 on the customer number field

Hello.
PSInfo.exe finished with log file "PSInfo.log" - indicated in Temp folder by the end message, which named it PSInfo.7z - and nothing else.I compressed it myself,because .log is not allowed.
Idem for the two keys (.reg) for same reason.

Did you check the box "Select Do not send, save local"?
According to the log attached, you can find the _PSInfo.7z in D:\Mes Documents\Nouveau dossier\TOSHIBA_[161020-0938]_PSInfo.7z
This is the file we need

Yes.I have checked the box "Select Do not send, save local".
The final message said that the file was in "Documents and Settingd\eric\Local Settings\Temp\PSInfo" and the message gave me the link "Documents and Settings\eric\Local Settings\Temp\PSInfo\PSInfo.7z".At the end of the link, there was the file PSInfo.log written in blue (that means "compressed by Windows" and not compressed with Zip.
Nothing in "D:\Mes Documents\Nouveau dossier" and not a PSInfo.7z file in my PC.

I send you a .psz file made with PSInfo2_V2.01;compressed in rar format,in two parts,because it is more than 1 Mo.
I send you too the two register keys you ask me.

Checking the log, it failed to save the _PSInfo.7z file

Can you please run it again?

I see that you also have other antivirus installed, which could interfere
Does the issue persist if you uninstall MalwareBytes and Spyware Blaster?
Go to start -- run, type msconfig and press OK.
Go to the startup tab, uncheck all the boxes except the Panda related ones
Accept the settings, restart the system to save all the changes and check if the problem is corrected

I have not another antivirus installed in my PC.Malwarbytes and Spyware Blaster are anti-spyware,anti-adware and anti-rootkit.
It's the same without SpywareBlaster and Malwarebytes.
I didn't send you a PSInfo.7z file because PSInfo.exe didn't give me.
I tried many times to obtain this PSInfo.7z file promised;but nothing:always PSInfo.log file.
I don't want to go to the startup tab, uncheck all the boxes except the Panda related ones:I need this config and I can change my PFAV
