Auto Startup not working

Hello. Panda used to autostart on bootup but no longer does that, I have to manually start it.

What should I check?

Do you refer to the bear icon in the systray?
Make sure that there is a registry pointing to PSUAMain.exe /LaunchSysTray in any of these registry roots
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
