Full Pc scan is freezing consistently

hi guys, when runnnung the home panda I do a full scan of my pc. It reperatedly scans for ours and the evenutually gets "stuck" scanning something called BOOT_D dont know how to delete of remove this please help?!

What Panda product version are you using? You can check it in the version.ini file located in the antivirus installation folder
What operating system are you using? 32 or 64 bits?
