If the problem is old drivers on the clients computer, wew fixed updating clients drivers on clients computers.
If the problem was corrupted installation, we fixed it reinstalling the program
If the problem was data written on a bad HDD sector, we fixed it by changing the HDD,
If the problem was change of tecnology on new computers, we fixed ti by adapting your FW technology to new computers,
If problem was a PICNIC (problem in chair not in computer) we could not fixed it.

And so on and so forth...

Bug fixes

[BUGFIX] If you insert an exclusion from a folder that is inside another folder without more subfolders, the product assigns the exclusion to the upper folder. If there is more than one subfolder, the exclusion is assigned correctly.
[BUGFIX] when an element that has been sent to quarantine is restored, the exclusion is done by malware ID which causes that all the elements that are detected under that same malware ID, stop being detected.
[BUGFIX] It does not work to kill a reliable parent process which in turn is loading a process detected by Deteven's context. Loading (eg VBS) is avoided, but killing the parent (eg Word from which a vulnerability is exploited) does not work.
[BUGFIX] PSANModROL: Remove current date from licenses not checked in offline mode to prevent an incorrect date from being stored.
[BUGFIX] [PSNCDSVF] Bug - Syncronization of CStore. (Correction of a service drop)
[BUGFIX] [PSANModScheduler] Wrong type reading cfg item from store.
[BUGFIX] Fixed 100% percent cleanup when doing the task.
