Panda AV regularly logs off my account and turns itself off

I experience an annoying quality that Panda Protection v. 18.01.00 regularly logs off my account and turns itself off under W7HP. A red mark can be then seen on Panda's icon in the system tray. In order to make the program work again I have to input my credentials, that is the user name and password. This happens almost every few days. Is it a bug?

Could you try to disable the credential iunput on your antivirus, restar the computer and enter them again ,and tell us what happens then?
