Uncontaminated Files Deleted

Post by rdtmk5 »

Help!! Panda deleted, without my knowledge, my Any Password Pro app and data file because it classified them as trojans, which they are not. Actually, they apparently have not been deleted yet - they show as "will be deleted next time PC is restarted" in the Event Report. I know I should have a recent backup of my data file, but I do not. Is there any way to recover these files? I'm desperate - any help would be most appreciated! Thank you!

Go to Settings-Antivirus and change the Quarantine setting (Automatically empty the quarantine) to "Never" .

What files are we talking about? Are they photo files, word files, patches?
Are they files you downloaded from the web, or created by you?
How are you sure this files were not infected?

Please send us the log.txt for the analisys and detection you can save from the local interface.
