not able to activate
Today Panda Antivirus was 'upgraded' to Panda Dome. However, when logging in, after typing in the email address and password, the screen stays on 'Activating. Please wait while the product connects to the internet for activation' but never activates. I closed the screen and retyped my information several times to no avail.

Solved by uninstall (including all files) and reinstall.
