Downloaded this:
https://www.freebmd.org.uk/addons/winbmd/
so that I could update my particular version, but Panda is saying that it contains the W/32 Exploit gen virus. Believe this is not the case, as many people have been downloading this for a number of years now.
Please advise on the next step . . . maybe whitelisting? (False positive)?
Regards
Chocolat

Re: W/32 Exploit gen
Have sent email to: urls@pandasecurity.com regarding getting a white listing for the software. Have tried to download software again, but even the new version is seen by Panda as a virus.
Is there another alternative I could try please?

Hello.
When the problem about a false positive is caused by a wrong file detection, you have to send a copy of those files to virussamples@pandasecurity.com and there, viruslab will solve the problem about that detection.
